A 40 years old female, had an immunoblastic type gastrointestinal lymphoma involving the jejunum. During the clinical remission following the combined modality treatment for lymphoma, she developed Hodgkin’s disease (HD), mixed cellular type. During the treatment of the latter, malignant lymphoma recurred in the rectum. The exact relationship between the occurrence of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and HD is not clear. Sequential presentation of HD and NHL is unusual.
