Primary cutaneous CD30 (Ki-1) positive large cell lymphomas have been described as a morphologically distinct group of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas confined to the skin with a favorable prognosis. We report a unique case of a 45 years old man presenting with a back lesion which was totally excised and diagnosed as anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The lesion recurred twice on the same site in the first year. After the last recurrence, he received polychemotherapy and external radiotherapy, and he is still disease-free for thirteen months.
